What is The Average Loan Duration?

The majority of hard money loans geared towards rental properties typically see repayment within 60 days or less. Assuming repairs are wrapped up within 20 days and the property is promptly leased, rental income can cover your loan obligations. In fact, some clients have successfully refinanced in as little as 30 days. For properties undergoing flipping, our clients currently average a loan duration of 150 days.
